We are looking for a new team member to join the professional services and support team. This is a team that does two main things: 1) Provides technical support for our customers and 2) Writes new software for our customers using our graphical programming language. Every team member must do both things well, but this new role will focus on billing rules and healthcare scenarios.
This is a newer role for us that will have more focus on healthcare scenarios than the rest of our existing team. This person will be responsible for:
1. Identifying Healthcare Rules / Processes in need of automation
2. Defining rules, implementing rules, testing rules.
3. Working with development to produce solutions.
Experience with software development or advanced Excel skills are key. If you are the type of person who is good at searching forums to figure out how to flash your home router with third party firmware, root your Android/jailbreak your iPhone, install linux on your old hardware to “breath new life into them,” or wants to buy a raspberry pi not because you have a use for it but because you want try to find a use for it, you’ll probably be able to figure out this job even if you’ve never formally developed software before.
Experience with SQL Server or Oracle is a plus but not required.
We are looking for team members and leaders, so compensation is heavily based on skills and experience. We are interested in people getting their start in software as well as people who have been managers and team leaders.
