The Support Engineer will be responsible for owning a caseload of customer support tickets and resolving issues presented through the recommendation of best practices, troubleshooting, or product training. We are looking for a Technical Consultant, Proof of Concept. This position works closely with our customers to help them implement software solutions in the Decisions platform. Expect to communicate directly with your customer daily via phone, videoconference and/or email. As a Technical Consultant, Proof of Concept you will gather software requirements from customers and implement those requirements using our Decisions Platform by building excellent applications. You are expected to perform QA on the software we have developed and ensure successful “go live” of that software. You will also coach our customers in best practices, help develop internal software processes, and write requirement documents at the beginning of projects as well as knowledge transfer documentation during hand off.
The Decisions Customer Success team engages and joins our clients on their journey to drive adoption and ongoing value within their organization. The team is responsible for onboarding new clients while partnering with the executive and implementation teams to discover, efficiently implement, and encourage ongoing adoption. The team manages ongoing renewals and pursues further growth and expansion.
