Sales Development Representative

Decisions is a rapidly growing software company (>50% growth/year for the last 3 years) that has just completed a $40MM investment round. We are seeking energetic sales development representatives to help continue our successful growth.

New team member will be responsible for managing and maintaining inbound and outbound sales leads, responding to questions and coordinating meetings for our sales consultants, as well as organizing documents and data entry. The ideal candidate will be energetic, motivated and have the ability to handle rejection.

Customer Service and Sales Responsibilities

As leads request more information on the Decisions website, the sales development representative’s responsibility is to send follow up emails answer questions, and schedule calls and demos for the Decisions sales representatives. Periodically, the sales development representative will be asked to write quotes and contracts for the sales representatives to send to prospects.

Sales development leads will also be responsible for managing our automated outbound sales lead process and making outbound calls.

Sales Development Representatives have to perform certain administrative tasks. In regards to this, they have to collect key performance indicators for presales and sales along with tracking and organizing customer data.

Routine Tasks

  • Manage the sales email inbox by sending follow up emails, answering questions, and involving sales representatives when necessary.
  • Schedule calls and demos with potential prospects and coordinate these events based on the sales representatives and sales engineer’s availability.
  • Make outbound calls
  • Track and capture sales KPI’s through HubSpot and Google Ads.
  • Write up quotes and contracts as requested from sales representatives.
  • Onboard new customers and organize customer contracts and data.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns to notify of upcoming webinars and training events.
  • Make outbound calls to work to arrange sales meetings for our outside sales representatives.
