Gartner, Forrester, and Everest Group, have recognized Decisions across decision intelligence, process orchestration, process mining, digital process automation, task mining, and more, all within the last twelve months Most vendors compete in one or two categories. See where we’re named and why the range matters.
Orchestration, business rules, decision intelligence, process mining, automation, low-code, the industry treats these as six purchases and analyst treat them as separate categories. Decisions is evaluated in all of them, because it is all of them. The breadth of the coverage is the shortest proof of what the platform does.

Decisions is recognized across a broad range of automation and orchestration categories. Most vendors appear in one or two. Inclusion in multiple categories reflects the strength of a single platform doing the work that usually takes several.
Top-five placement across all four use cases in Gartner Critical Capabilities for Decision Intelligence Platforms, and the number one ranking for decision stewardship. Enterprises trust Decisions with the logic and oversight behind their most consequential processes.
Star Performer recognition from Everest Group and Luminary status in its Innovation Watch both measure movement, not position. The trajectory matters as much as the placement.

Ryan KerryKnowLedgerThe Gartner Magic Quadrant for Decision Intelligence Platform is Gartner’s independent evaluation of vendors in the decision intelligence market, plotting each on it’s ability to execute and completeness of vision. Gartner published the inaugural edition in January 2026, formally establishing decision intelligence as a software category. Decisions was named a Challenger.
Adaptive process orchestration is a software category Forrester defined in 2026 for platforms that combine AI agents and nondeterministic control flow with traditional deterministic automation to run complex business processes at scale. Forrester's inaugural landscape report covered 35 vendors in the category. Decisions was among them.
The Everest Group PEAK Matrix® assesses providers on two dimensions, market impact and vision and capability, sorting them into Leaders, Major Contenders, and Aspirants. Star Performer is a separate designation given to the providers with the greatest year-over-year improvement across those dimensions; it reflects movement rather than absolute market position. Decisions is a Major Contender and a Star Performer in the Process Mining Products assessment.
Decisions is evaluated in decision intelligence, adaptive process orchestration, process orchestration, process mining, digital process automation, task mining, digital process automation, task mining, service orchestration and automation, and application generation and low-code. Coverage comes from Gartner, Forrester, and Everest Group, with IDC and QKS Group evaluations underway.
Analyst firms control distribution rights for their own research. Where Decisions holds a license, the card links to the report. Where we do not, it links to a blog post or press release covering the findings. Every evaluation Decisions appears in is listed here either way.
Recognition is the summary. The platform is the proof. Walk through Decisions with our team and see how orchestration, rules, and governed AI come together.
