Business rules engine for enterprise decision automation.
Decisions is a business rules engine that lets business and IT teams design, test, and change decision logic visually, then run it at enterprise scale across workflows, systems, and AI agents.
Where business rules management breaks down.
Locked in code
Critical logic lives in hard-coded scripts only developers can touch. Every policy change becomes a dev ticket and a six-week wait.
Siloed and scattered
Rules run in one system. Workflows run in another. Nothing talks. Inconsistencies multiply across channels.
Too slow to adapt
Regulations shift. Markets move. But updating a single rule takes weeks of regression testing across fragile integrations.
Put rules where work happens.
In Decisions, the rules engine isn't a feature—it's the deterministic layer that powers orchestration, governs AI and agents, and drives every process forward with consistency and control.
Intelligent decisioning
Power intelligent decisioning with clear, testable logic, not hidden code or unpredictable behavior. Know exactly why every decision is made.

Rules engine software that runs your business.
Other platforms treat rules as a feature. Decisions treats them as the foundation. Every workflow, form, integration, and AI interaction is powered by centralized, visual logic you can see, test, trace, and change.
No handoffs between a rules engine and a BPM tool. In Decisions, logic and orchestration live in the same platform—so rules drive actions instantly, not eventually.
Trusted by organizations solving dynamic problems.
“We’ve reduced the number of rules by 69% from 3,500 in our legacy system to 1,100 in Decisions, and we’ve cut rule update time by more than 90%.”

What Makes Decisions Different.
Visual-first, not code-first
Decisions gives business and IT a shared visual canvas for any complexity level.
Rules are the engine, not an add-on
Competitors bolt rules onto workflow tools. In Decisions, rules are the orchestration layer—powering every workflow step.
Universal orchestration, built in
Powered by the rules engine at its core, Decisions coordinates processes, systems, people, and AI in one governed orchestration layer.

Questions?
We’ve got answers.
What is a rules engine?
A rules engine is software that evaluates business logic and returns an outcome, such as approve, reject, route, calculate, escalate, or request more information. In Decisions, the rules engine is the deterministic core that enforces decision logic.
How is a rules engine different from a workflow engine?
A workflow engine moves work between steps; a rules engine decides what should happen at each step. Decisions runs both together, so rules drive workflow branches and workflows invoke rules consistently.
What types of rules can be built in Decisions?
Make every decision easier to change, govern, and trust.
See how Decisions helps you build rules that drive faster processes, stronger controls, and more adaptable automation.
