Brian Reale serves as Chief Customer Officer at Decisions. He previously cofounded ProcessMaker and was the company’s longtime CEO, a role in which he guided ProcessMaker through two decades of global expansion prior to its merger with Decisions. His background includes founding Unete Telecomunicaciones, supporting BPMN education initiatives in Latin America and Spain, and holding other senior technology leadership roles. Brian earned his bachelor’s degree from Duke University and was a Fulbright Scholar in linguistics.

As Chief Product Officer at Decisions, Will Petterson leads the vision and direction of the company’s product strategy. During his more than 11 years with Decisions, he has advanced through leadership roles spanning support, client services, customer experience, product, and engineering. That broad experience gives him a unique perspective on how to build products that meet customer needs while advancing the platform’s long-term innovation. Will earned his BA in philosophy from Christopher Newport University.
