Today marks an exciting new chapter in our story. I’m incredibly excited to announce that Decisions is joining forces with ProcessMaker to create something truly transformative: a combined company designed to expand what is possible for our customers, our partners, and our teams. This is more than a merger. It is a step forward in providing the most capable platform for business orchestration and automation.  

Our vision is simple: to give every mid-market and enterprise organization the power to move faster and operate smarter with greater flexibility and control over their software and systems.  

Software is constantly evolving, more today than ever before. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) exploded in the market (circa 2018) because it allowed individuals and teams to build automations quickly that saved time and empowered non-developer workers. It is the most recent, but not the only example of a technology that allows software to be created in different ways by employees with varying degrees of technical training. RPA empowered workers to streamline, automate, and accelerate. The promise of “bots” was, and still is, huge. However, as they got deployed in increasing numbers, they hit a ceiling.
